Cruiser bike June 20, 2020 Reviewer: C George from Simi Valley, CA United States   We ordered a women’s cruiser bike and it reaches us in 3 days. All we had to do was fix the front wheel , the seat , the handlebars and the pedals which even a novice like me was able to do. We have had the bike for about two weeks now and love it. Happy in Ohio June 15, 2020 Reviewer: Nathan Fisher from Danville, OH United States   This bike was a b-day present for my wife. I was happy they had some bikes in stock during the shortage, which is a major plus. The bike arrived in pretty good shape just a couple scratches no big deal. However, the threads on the right bike pedal were not machined correctly and I had to have this fixed. I would order from ABC again, but I was disappointed that this left without a quick quality check. Was this review helpful to you?

Ordered a 3 speed cruiser, got a single speed May 13, 2020 Reviewer: Alex Fennell from Santa Cruz , CA United States   I was so excited to find these cruisers for my wife and I. We ordered two 3 speed cruisers, were charged for the 3 speed cruisers, then received an email 3 days later notifying us they no longer had them in stock. Our options were to get a single speed and be reimbursed for the 3speed. Or to get a single speed and BUY a 3 speed wheel set which would have put us out an additional charge. I felt because the site showed us the bikes were available and we were charged for them, abc bikes should have given us the 3 speeds wheel set per bike. Not only that but when we received our bikes, the ladies cruiser back tire tube was damaged and wouldn’t hold air. Nik was GREAT and provided us a replacement tube no question and shipped it out fast. The bikes themselves are beautiful and run well, I’m just a bit upset that we had our hope up about receiving a 3 speed cruiser and received only a single speed. Maybe the site should be more regulated and inventory up to date. Was this review helpful to you?
